Objectives:

  • Understanding the role, duties and responsibilities of a professional Barista.
  • Have an appreciation of the process of coffee from the bean to the final cup.
  • Extract the perfect espresso.
  • Understanding the importance of steaming and foaming milk for the correct result.
  • Prepare five different gourmet coffees.
  • Discuss more knowledgeably with customers about coffee and tea.

Lunch is provided with this course, please direct any dietary requirements to your point of contact at least a week before the course. This course is to be completed on-site at our barista school in Kendal.

Delivery is always as stated, on time, carefully packed, and with useful tracking. I have been drinking Lakeland tea for a long time; I find it very tasty and refreshing with no bitter aftertaste; it has been given positive comments by friends as family.
